Syringe flow testFor drinks — Levels 0–3. Guided 10-second timer, then we calculate the level your batch tested at.Fork drip & spoon tilt testsFor purées and foods — Levels 3–6. Guided checks with pass/fail guidance.
Why this matters: the same brand can test differently between batches, temperatures, and standing time. Testing is how you serve with confidence.
